Operation Fuzzy Mice is a cat rescue operation in Bakersfield, California. They are flooded. Very flooded. Please see these videos.Copied to here from a comment from Operation Fuzzy Mice itself on the last post:
If you can do anything to help them -- money, supplies, time, help with finding another place or with construction expenses if another place isn't be found -- please email operationfuzzymice@gmail.com.
For reference, this is video of record flooding in Bakersfield.
Please feel free to forward this post wherever it will help.
Thank you so much for helping us get the word out! Yes, the relocating has come and gone. This is the new place we're at now. We are basically borrowing space in someone's back yard until we can get this nonprofit off the ground.
The most urgent need at this time is plywood, so we can build walls and ceiling onto the cats' enclosure, sheltering them from the elements. We have a ChipIn set up to raise the money to buy materials needed to improve the enclosure.

Thanks!
